Differentiated Observer Protocols

Differentiated observer protocols are the practice of assigning distinct, non-overlapping observation tasks to multiple observers watching the same performance or interaction. Each observer tracks a specific pattern — language, emotional logic, participation, what stays unsaid, body language, pacing — and the combined reports produce multi-angle insight no single observer could provide. Differentiated observer protocols are the load-bearing element of Observer-Debrief Role-Play and appear across multi-observer structures in other activities when rich multi-dimensional observation is the target.
