Think-Pair-Square

Think-Pair-Square is a variation of Think-Pair-Share in which the share-out happens inside a four-person "square" (two pairs combined) rather than to the full cohort. Participants think silently on their own, pair with one other participant, and then combine with a second pair to share. The square form reduces the social exposure of full-group share-outs, gives every participant two additional perspectives, and is the default variation when the prompt is personal or high-stakes. An optional lighter full-cohort share may follow.
