Milestone-Review Rubric
A milestone-review rubric is a defined set of evaluation criteria specific to one milestone in a multi-session project program. Each milestone has its own rubric reflecting what the artifact should look like at that specific stage — criteria are milestone-specific, distinct from earlier and later milestones. The rubric at end-of-phase-one differs from the midpoint rubric and from the pre-launch rubric; the same artifact is evaluated against different criteria as it progresses. Milestone-review rubrics are the load-bearing element of Project Milestone Review; generic rubrics that do not vary across milestones produce reviews that miss the point of milestone-to-milestone progression.
