Honest Reflection
Honest reflection is the active-learning principle that structured reflection periods are built into the session, not appended to the end, to help participants self-assess where they actually stand with the material. Reflection is treated as cognitive work that surfaces gaps, not as emotional decompression that collects affirmations.
